Allen Gregory Daigle, 65, of Myrtle Beach, SC, formally of Bristol, CT., passed away suddenly on Saturday, July 19, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Kimberlee Daigle (Saluski), with whom he shared "50" beautiful years of life together. Born on April 25, 1960, in New Britain, CT. Allen was predeceased by his parents Jean Louis Daigle & Constance Rita Daigle (Doucette).
He started his career at an early age with various jobs in raising his young family. He went on to have a successful career working his way up from machinist to Vice President of Operations for Avanti Screw in Bristol, CT. Following his retirement from Avanti, he started and co-owned "Pristine Landscaping". Having been fed-up with paying taxes, he relocated, with his wife to Myrtle Beach, SC.
Allen was a talented basketball player in his younger years which was represented in a newspaper article when he scored 27 points in a rival Bristol Eastern basketball game. He loved cribbage, setback, poker, golf, bowling, billiards, darts, camping, cooking, and riding. Happy memories of playing table tennis at Club 77 and billiards at the Rusty Nail. He earned his GED from Bristol Eastern High School, class of 1998, alongside his youngest daughter. He was an avid Cowboys fan and took pride in remodeling multiple properties with his wife and providing those services to his family and friends. These simple pleasures brought him great happiness throughout his life.
In addition to his wife and sweetheart of 50 years, Allen is survived by his daughters and their spouses Kelly Daigle-LeBlanc (Casey LeBlanc) of Bristol, CT. and Kerry Daigle-Young (Timothy Young, Jr.) of Southington, CT. One brother and two sisters. Stephen & Judy Daigle of La Mesa, CA., Diane & Raymond Frankowski, Jr. of Bristol, CT., and Denise & Philip Coco, Jr., of Bristol, CT.
He is also survived by his grandchildren, Deklan Zukowski, Danika & Dakota LeBlanc and Gianna & Anthony Young. Along with several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Allen will be remembered for his kind heart, strong work ethic, and deep devotion to his family. His gentle spirit and enduring love have left a lasting impact on all who knew him. He will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 17th at 10AM, at Saint Ann's Roman Catholic Church, 215 West Street, Bristol. Calling hours will be held Tuesday, September 16th from 4-7PM at DuPont Funeral Home, 25 Bellevue Ave. Bristol. Following the memorial service, a Celebration of Life will be held at 1PM at The Ellsworth Hall, 14 Canton Springs Road, Canton. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
