Bonnie Anderson Obituary
Born on August 23, 1965, in Manchester, Connecticut, she was the daughter of Evelyn (Nasuta) Bixby of Enfield and the late William Bixby, Sr., who predeceased her in 2009. Bonnie made her home in Stafford Springs for more than 30 years, where she shared a loving life with her husband, Kenneth Anderson and her daughter, Kaylee.
Bonnie found great joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved attending craft shows, tending to the flowers in her yard, and decorating her home for the holidays with great care and creativity. In recent years, she was actively involved in cancer support groups.
In addition to her beloved husband, Kenneth, and her mother, Evelyn Bixby, she is survived by her brother, William Bixby, Jr, her daughter, Kaylee Donor and her husband, Andrew; her cherished grandchildren, Lilly and Jameson; and her faithful companion, her yellow labrador retriever, Abby.
Bonnie will be remembered for her warmth, her love of family, and the pride she took in creating a welcoming home for those she loved.
Relatives and friends may join the family on Monday, March 16, 2026, from 10 am – 11 am at Somers Funeral Home, 354 Main St, Somers, CT 06071. A Funeral Home Service will take place at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Wapping Cemetery, 50 Oakland Rd, South Windsor, CT 06074. For online condolences please visit leetestevens.com
