DuFour Roberta Datson

Roberta Datson-DuFour passed away peacefully on Sunday September 28, 2025, widow of Richard J. Datson and Reno R. DuFour. Born in Hartford on March 25, 1938, to Robert E. Kensel and Margaret (Gorman) Kensel, she lived in Manchester most of her life and attended local schools, graduating from MHS in 1956. Over the years, she worked at Pratt & Whitney, Hartford National Bank and Anesthesiology Associates at Manchester Memorial Hospital. She was an avid reader, lover of country music and most of all, an advocate of rescued animals. She owned many including two dogs, many cats, a rabbit and a guinea pig. One of her greatest joys were her 8 grandchildren. She spent many happy hours with them on vacations, trips to the beach, zoos and country fairs. She felt very fortunate to have been able to fulfil a life-long dream of visiting Scotland, England and Hawaii among many other wonderful trips over the years. She leaves 4 children Scott Seavey of Manchester, Pam Moore (Rob) of Portland, Linda Burnham of Bolton, and Kim Morrone (Tony) of Bolton. She also leaves her 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren and a special son-in-law Tom Graham. To honor her wishes, there will be no memorial services. Burial will be in East Cemetery at the family's convenience. Donations in her memory may be made to Shriner's Hospital for Children, P.O.
