Grace Gagnon Obituary

Grace Patricia Gagnon, 15, daughter of Amy Massaro Gagnon and Richard Gagnon of Hudson, NH passed away peacefully on Friday, August 8, 2025. Grace was born on May 28, 2010. Grace is the granddaughter of Richard and Patricia Massaro and Richard (Sandra) Gagnon and Margaret (Gerry) Gagnon and the niece of Dr. Stephanie Massaro and Victoria Gagnon Kirby. Grace graduated 8th grade from Presentation of Mary Academy, Hudson, NH in June 2025 where she was embraced by a nurturing academic community that celebrated her curiosity, encouraged her talents and surrounded her with love. Her teachers and classmates recognized her bright spirit, supported her through challenges and cheered her every success. In this warm and caring environment, she formed friendships that uplifted her; Grace grew in her faith and inspired those around her, always noting to everyone she loved, "We are all in this together. " Grace was the 2021 Vault Champion representing Southern New Hampshire Gymnastics Academy and was excited to play volleyball in high school. Grace carried a light that warmed every soul, bringing joy in the smallest moments. She loved her family with the purest heart, holding them close with unwavering devotion. Her innocence was a gift that radiates kindness. Grace will be deeply missed by all, especially her canine companion Hero. Her parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and beloved friends will cherish her forever. Grace loved being the baby cousin to Avery and Maya and the boss to Sophia and Andrew. Grace planned to pursue a career in healthcare to honor and emulate those who provided her with dignity, love and peace through her own experience with illness. She planned to follow in her Auntie Stephie's and Auntie Vic's footsteps while she learned to work with all children following her mother into classrooms since she was 3 years old. Arrangements have been entrusted to the West Haven Funeral Home at the Green. On Saturday morning, August 16, 2025, a Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate Grace's life will be held at 10 o'clock in St. John Vianney Church of St. John XXIII Parish, 300 Captain Thomas Boulevard, West Haven, CT. Amy, I was so sad to hear of Grace´s passing. She was such a sweet girl, kind to everyone, with so much joy. I always loved being able to work with her in the gym. I´m praying for your broken hearts... she´s in the arms of Jesus, and I pray in time your sorrow will soften. ..:( love you...
