Kenneth King Obituary

Kenneth "Pop" B. King, 83, of North Haven, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 17, 2025, at his home with his loving family by his side. He was the beloved husband of Cynthia Pelliccio King. Kenneth was born in New Haven on October 6, 1941, and was the son of the late Jacob and Millie Ercolano King. He worked as a business manager for IBEW Local 90 for many years until his retirement. Pop was an avid fan of the New York Giants; he enjoyed watching horse racing and Western movies. Pop loved and will be missed by his second family at the IBEW Local 90 brotherhood. Kenneth's greatest joy was spending time with his family who he loved unconditionally, he always believed family comes first. Loving father of Charles (Olaya) Mascola and Cindy (Joseph) DiPalma. Beloved grandfather of Chelsea, Jessica, Anthony, and Maria. Great grandfather of Ella, Maddison, Grayson, and the late Luciano. Brother of Richard King and the late Robert and Henry King. The visiting hours will be on Tuesday, January 21st from 4 to 8 PM at The Havens Family North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Elizabeth of the Trinity Parish at St. Barnabas Church, 44 Washington Avenue, North Haven on Wednesday morning, January 22nd at 10:00. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Connecticut Hospice, 100 Double Beach Road, Branford 06405.
