Kristopher Hinton Obituary
Kristopher L. Hinton, 35, unexpectedly passed away on August 2. 2025. Born on June 22, 1990, in Middletown, CT. Kristopher was a vibrantly cherished son, brother, partner, father, and friend. From the moment he came into our lives, Kristopher filled our hearts with immeasurable love and laughter. He was known for his infectious smile, adventurous spirit, kind heart, slick wit, and humor, bringing joy to everyone he met. Kristopher was an athlete with flag football (#8) as his passion as well as participating in Men's softball (#5). He also found great joy in playing soccer, kickball, crabbing, hiking, and exploring the trails in the nearby parks. He will always be remembered for being the biggest jokester in the room and let's not forget the biggest debater you've ever met, you would have thought he was on the debate team in school, let's just say he missed his calling with that one, lol. Kristopher's one of a kind personality with his ability to make others feel better in any situation impacted the lives of many. Kristopher had an unwavering determination to be the best he could be and succeeded in numerous aspects of his life. Kristopher's name and energy will forever and always live on with the stories we tell, how we refer to him when something reminds us of him, and the way he sits on our hearts. . Kristopher held his family close and is survived by his loving parents, Anthony B. Hinton and Dawn M. Hinton, his brother Kevin L. Hinton, sister Desiree M. Hinton, stepsister Renae R. Hinton, Uncle/Godfather Stan Niro, Aunt Teresa A. Ostrowski, Life Partner Jessica Acevedo, sons Mason B. Hinton and Maddex L. Hinton. He also leaves behind The Men Family, a host of extended family, friends, and chosen Family who will forever cherish his memory. Kristopher was predeceased by his Grandmother Jewel M. Niro, Grandmother Alma M. Hinton, and Nephew/Godson Jadyen-Anthony Hinton. A celebration of Kristopher's life will be held on August 18th at 10am at Cross Street AME Zion Church at 440 West Street Middletown Ct. Friends and family are invited to attend and share their cherished memories. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the GoFundMe for his partner and children.
