Lillie Woodward Obituary

Lillie Woodward, 82, of 22F Dorothy Drive in Bloomfield, Connecticut, passed away peacefully on April 29, 2025. Born in Fairfield County, South Carolina, Ms. Woodward was the beloved daughter of the late John and Lillie M. Woodward. She is survived by her devoted daughter, Penny L. Woodward, and her cherished grandchildren, Destiny Woodward-Moore and Keyla Woodward. She leaves behind her loving nieces: Annie B. Woodward, Lillie C. Richardson, and Gail Hardaway (along with Gail's children), as well as her dear nephews: Mark Anthony Woodward, Lydon D. Woodward, and John K. Woodward. Lillie is remembered by her great-nieces: Dawn Woodward, Demetra Timmons, and Stacy Richardson, her great-nephews: Darren Woodward and Douglas Richardson Jr., and many other special great-nieces and nephews, cherished family members who will forever carry forward her warmth, strength, and grace. As the 13th child in a family of twelve siblings, Ms. Woodward now joins her beloved brothers and sister in eternal rest.
