Lorraine Marie Tacinelli

Lorraine Tacinelli, age 92, of Plainville, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on August 30, 2025, at Cherry Brook Healthcare Center. She was the loving wife of the late Mario Tacinelli for 64 years. She was born on March 5, 1933, in Plainville, CT, daugher to the late Aime and Florence (Julien) Thibeault. Prior to her retirement, she was employed with Card Gallery in Meriden as a cashier. She loved to sketch and make paper dolls and loved spending time with her family. Lorraine is survived by her four loving children, Denise Dalfino (Jack), Mark Tacinelli (Sandy) , Donna McHugh (Paul), and Matthew Tacinelli (Tracy), seven beloved grandchildren, John, Amy, Dan, Sarah, Justin, Joey, Erica, and 10 great-grandchildren, Bryce, Roman, Athen, Evora, Nina, Elia, Gabrielle, Izzie, Violet and Zoey and her brother Richard Thibeault. She was predeceased by her brother Edmund Thibeault. The family would like to thank the staff at Cherry Brook for the wonderful care they provided. Friends are invited to greet the family on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Bailey Funeral Home, 48 Broad Street, Plainville.
