Marie Notarino

On August 13, 2025, Marie Diotaiuto Notarino left the earth to meet Jesus and Mother Mary for the final judgement where she will spend eternity. She was the wife of the late Peter Notarino Jr. She was born in New Haven on March 19, 1939 to the late Frank and Carmel Colloso Diotaiuto. Mother of Peter J. Notarino; grandmother of Ariana Notarino (Mike Venditto); great grandmother of Alexandria Whalen and Anthony Joseph Venditto, and sister of the late Andy Dio. Predeceased by a nephew Anthony Diotaiuto. Marie was raised in Wooster Square where she learned the values and cultural traditions from the children of Italian immigrants. She graduated from Albertus Magnus and was a social worker for the Italian American Civil Rights League in NY. Visiting hours will be Wednesday August 20th from 9:00-10:30am in the Iovanne Funeral Home, Inc. 11 Wooster Place. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Blessed Michael McGivney Parish at St. Michael Church at 11:00am. Interment will be in All Saints Cemetery. Kindly omit flowers.
