Nancy M. Petrucelli

Nancy M. Petrucelli, 89, of Meriden, beloved wife of the late Rocco J. Petrucelli, passed away on Saturday, October 4, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born on April 29, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Marion Bristol and stepfather Lester "Bill". Nancy graduated from Meriden High School. She worked for SNET for many years before retiring in 1995. Nancy was a parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church. She volunteered for many years at the gift shop at MidState Medical Center and enjoyed her daily crossword puzzles, knitting, crocheting, gardening, ceramics and travelling. Nancy loved going out to eat with her friends but, most of all, spending time with her family. She is survived by her daughters, Gail Halleck and her husband, Richard, and Mari-Jo Scully and her husband, Harold; her grandchildren, Brittany Neri and her husband, William, Rebecca Fraser and her husband, Jonathan, and Jennifer Halleck and her fiancé, Nicholas Santos; her two great-grandchildren, Liam Fraser and Eleanor Fraser; and her brother, Dale Massicotte. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Nancy also leaves behind her beloved cat, Abby Rose. Nancy was predeceased by her daughter, Debra Lee Petrucelli, and her brother, Philip Massicotte Jr. Her family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, October 15, from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 E. Main St., Meriden, CT 06450. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 a.m. in Our Lady Queen of Angels Parish, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 109 Goodwill Ave., Meriden, CT 06451. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, 250 Gypsy Lane, Meriden, CT 06450.
