Paul Rizauckas

Paul Rizauckas, 81 of New Britain, CT passed away peacefully at the Hospital of Central Connecticut on Saturday, September 13, 2025. Born and raise in New Britain, CT by late Peter Rizauckas and Helen Rizauckas ( Vitukinas). He graduated from Trinity College, CT and later employed by United Technologies Corporation (UTC) as project analyst. Paul in his whole life was very passionate about electronics, such as: computers, phones, and cars; these three things were very important to him that he couldn't leave without them. He loved spending time on his computers, and phones to check news, weather, stock markets, etc. In his free time, he enjoyed spending time outside by going to the beach, attending concerts, gardening, etc. As to the indoor activities, he enjoyed spending time at the libraries, listening classic music, Lithuanian radio, watching shows, like: Tony Marshall, watching news, politics, British movies, etc. In the last few years, he enjoyed going to Stanley Quarter Park in New Britain with his caregivers, and also attend to physical therapy at the Hospital for Special Care. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, especially his friends Andrew Fal, Stas Wierzbowski, and Jarek Wierzbowski. Also, his memory will live in the hearts of his caregivers Anna Kulikowska, Ula Polancewicz, Kasia Ufniarz, Kasia Trzcinska, Kasia "Kathy" Polancewicz. Paul is also survived by many cousins and second cousins. Friends and caregivers extend heartfelt gratitude to the first responders EMT, fire department, and medical professionals at ED, and ICU at HOCC for the excellent care they provided Paul at home and the hospital. Relatives and friends are invited to visit Paul on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 8:30 to 9:30 am at the Duksa Family Funeral Home at Burritt Hill, 332 Burritt St., New Britain, CT 06053, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Church, New Britain.
