Scot Weston Obituary

Scot Weston, 59, of Meriden, husband of Carol (Romaine) Weston, passed away January 17, 2025 at MidState Medical Center with his family by his side. Scot was born in Meriden on March 30, 1965, a son of Kathleen Sewell of Moodus and Douglas Weston of Appomattox, VA. Scot was a member of IUOE Local 478 and worked at Suzio York Hill in Meriden, in charge of daily operations in the main plant for many years. His job sometimes took seven days a week. He loved drag racing and took pride in his 1963 Nova, which he raced as often as possible. Scot had many friends and was always available and willing to help anyone that needed it. There was no job too big or too small. In addition to his wife, Carol (Romaine) Weston and his parents, he is survived by Carole Weston from Appomattox VA. his sister, Lori and husband Kenny of Milford, and his brother, Tom and his wife, Hope Adams, of Appomattox, VA. and several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by a special dear close friend, Greg Hugo, of Meriden. A celebration of Scots's life will be celebrated at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 North Main Street Ext., Wallingford. To send flowers to the family of Scot, please visit our floral store.
