Met Shirley over 20 yrs ago at Yale. We would always keep in touch. Myself and my cousin Karen grow close throughout the years and manage to have breakfast at least every month. Shirley introduce me to her sister Janelle and traveled to California. She was always someone you could look to for advice. She will truly be missed but not forgotten. Love your friend, Debbie

I remember Shirley from the Local 34 picket line in 2003. She was brave and strong, and her example helped her coworkers keep up their spirits during challenging times. May she rest in peace.

Shirley and l my name also is shirley. We worked together we would always meet and have lunch and breaks together. Lots of laughter. She would always tell me what fragrance she's wearing she would mixed her different oils. We would make sure we go out to lunch somewhere on our birthdays until she moved. I will keep the family in my prayers. God Bless
