Vincent "Vinnie" Panaroni, Jr. Obituary
Vincent Frederick "Vinnie" Panaroni Jr., 57, passed away unexpectedly on August 7, 2025, in North Haven, Connecticut. Born on September 17, 1967, in New Haven, Connecticut, Vinnie brought joy and laughter to those around him throughout his life.
Vinnie graduated from El Toro High School in 1985 and pursued higher education with determination and focus. He earned an associate's degree in political science from Saddleback Junior College in 1987 and went on to complete his bachelor's degree at the University of California at Fullerton in 1990.
His professional journey began alongside his father, Vincent Sr., at UTI-a company founded by his father-where he worked as a laboratory technician and later as a sales manager from 1989 to 1991. In the late 1990s, Vinnie worked at Circuit City with family and friends, creating lasting memories during that time. He continued his career at AT&T during the early 2000s before joining People's United Bank (now M&T Bank), where he worked from 2017 until 2024.
Vinnie was deeply devoted to his family. He is lovingly remembered by his daughter Chloe C. S. Panaroni; his father Vincent Frederick Panaroni Sr.; his sisters Melody "Boo" Leigh Panaroni and Heidi Elizabeth Panaroni; his brother-in-law James L. Johnson Jr.; his nephew Joseph B. DeProspero; and his niece Gianna M. E. Fox. He was predeceased by his mother, Elizabeth "Betti" Panaroni.
A man of many passions, Vinnie found great joy in sports and pop culture. He had played baseball since childhood and remained a devoted fan of the Los Angeles Angels throughout his life. Around the age of twenty, he took up hockey-a sport he loved both playing and watching-with the LA Kings holding a special place in his heart. Football Sundays were sacred to him as a loyal Green Bay Packers fan.
Beyond sports, Vinnie's interests reflected a vibrant personality: he was an avid collector of clothes, cups, and miniature race cars and with him being a lifelong Star Wars enthusiast, a lover of ska music, Tommy Bahama T-shirts, and Vans shoes he would often combine all these elements into a style that was uniquely his own.
Those who knew Vinnie will remember him as the funniest man they ever met-someone who always wore a smile and could light up any room with laughter. His kindness to others was unstoppable as he carried pieces of others with him wherever he went, leaving behind warmth and memories that will forever stay by his side.
May the memory of Vincent Frederick "Vinnie" Panaroni Jr. bring comfort to all who knew him and continue to inspire smiles for years to come.
