James Tyler Obituary

Tyler-James Craig Curfman, a sweet little boy, was gently called to rest on October 3, 2025, at Memorial Hospital in Carthage. Tyler was born on September 10, 2025, to his loving parents Austin C. Curfman and Alexis Pullins. Though his time on Earth was short, his warmth and spirit left an indelible mark. He was a precious gift, cherished deeply by his parents and his extended family. Tyler is survived by his parents Austin C. (Alexis Pullins) Curfman, his grandparents, Brandi Griswold, James Curfman, Robert Pullins, and Elly Auwaerter, his great grandparents, Freda Pullins, Ron Sanderson, Linda Coplan, and Jack (Diane) Curfman, his aunts, Ashley (Chuck) Howell, Tia Harrison, Taylor (Joel Heavin) Harrison, and Sheyanne Stevens, his uncles, Kelton Sanderson, Bentley Brown, Nick (Hannah Krueger) Pullins, and Christopher Pullins. He is preceded in death by his grandma, Sheila Campbell, and his great grandpa, E.J. Pullins. A funeral service will be held at 11am on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at the First Christian Church in Carthage with burial to follow at Moss Ridge Cemetery. A visitation will be held prior to the service starting at 10am at the Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made out to the family for medical expenses or the Knox Your Socks Off foundation honoring little lives. Printy Funeral Home is assisting the family. Forever in our hearts, sweet Tyler, you will be loved and remembered always.
