Marcus Feagins Obituary

Marcus Kevin Feagins, 36, of Ft. Madison, IA, passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at 2:06 PM at the Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center ER. He was born on July 11, 1988 in Burlington, IA to Rusty and Lisa Thompson Feagins. Marcus worked in the business office at Ideal Ready Mix. He was a 2007 graduate of Ft. Madison High School. Marcus was a dedicated member of the Moose Lodge and was the administrator at the Mt. Pleasant Moose Lodge. His greatest passion was sprint car racing and attended the races every Saturday at Knoxville. Survivors include his parents, Rusty and Lisa Feagins of Ft. Madison; an uncle, Larry (Shannon) Thompson of Ankeny and his cousins, Jordyn and Tyler Thompson. He was preceded in death by his brother, Brad Feagins and his maternal and paternal grandparents. Per his wishes, cremation has been entrusted to King-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory. The family will meet with friends from 10-11 AM on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at King-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory with the memorial service to follow at 11 AM with Pastor Chad Savage officiating. A private family burial will be in Fairview Cemetery at a later date. A memorial has been established for Moose Heart Camp and online condolences may be left at www.kinglynk.com.
