Riley Nichole Lemmons

Riley Nichole Lemmons, age 21 of Griggsville, IL passed away at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL. She was born October 3, 2004, in Quincy, IL to Jody Lemmons and Angela Reveal. Riley was a 2024 graduate of Griggsville Perry High School where she played softball, basketball and volleyball. She received her EMT certificate and CNA certificate while in high school and worked at Eastside Healthcare and Liberty Village in Pittsfield. Riley also worked at Rumors in Griggsville and in her earlier years enjoyed competing in pageants. She not only enjoyed attending derby's but also competing in them, liked riding UTV's, and enjoyed cooking. Riley loved to spend time with her siblings and her cousins; they were by far her favorite people. She loved to sing and dance, often attending talent shows, and she loved hanging out with her friends. Riley was always smiling and giggling and would do anything for anybody. She could be a bit ornery but didn't tolerate bullies and would look out for anyone she felt needed her protection. Riley is survived by her father, Jody (Adriana) Lemmons; mother, Angela (Lester Hirner) Reveal; stepfather, Brock Main; brothers, Brandon Lemmons and Lane Main; sisters, Brooklynn Main and Myla Lemmons; stepbrother, Ryker Dixon; stepsisters, Makinze Maupin and Amellia Dixon; grandparents, Anthony and Cindy Reveal; aunt, Billie (Anthony) Blackburn; numerous great aunts and great uncles; and several cousins also survive. She was preceded in death by grandfather, Wesley Lemmons; grandmothers, Cindy Schlieper and Judith Lemmons; great grandparents, Bob and Carolyn Janes, Ronald and Kathy Reveal, and Carol and Verna Schlieper, and Clifford Jones; and uncle, Timothy Surratt. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM, Monday, October 13, 2025, at Niebur Funeral Home in Pittsfield, IL with visitation held prior to the service from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Interment will follow the service at Oakwood Cemetery in Pittsfield. Memorials are suggested to be made to the family c/o Niebur Funeral Home.
