Roland Seckendorf Obituary

HAMPSTEAD, NH – Roland V. Seckendorf, 88, of Hampstead, NH passed away on Thursday, September 19 peacefully at home. Born in Somerville, Roland was the son of Howard and Mary (White) Seckendorf. After high school he served in the Air Force from 1956 until 1958. Roland worked as a master craftsman and finish carpenter in the building industry for many years in New Hampshire, Georgia and Tennessee. He enjoyed amateur photography and going to the theatre as well as country music and classic westerns. Roland will be a dearly missed father, grandfather and great grandfather Roland is survived by his sons Stephen Seckendorf of Hampstead, Kevin Seckendorf of Danville daughter Sherry Sanborn of Hampstead and extended family Nicole, Jazz and Mary in Georgia. He also leaves behind grandchildren Nicole, Crystal, Tristen, and Jennifer, and great grandchildren Aiden, Nickolas, Lucus, Julia, Olivia, Zack, Jordyn, Sieana and Tucker. He was predeceased by his son Roland Seckendorf, Jr. ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, September 28 at 11AM at St. Christopher's Episcopal Church, 187 East Road, Hampstead, NH.
