Gregory W. Peters, 62, of Palmyra, passed away at 5:00 pm Thursday, August 12, 2021 at his home.
Gregory was born October 14, 1958, in Marion County Missouri to Cecil W. and Ruth A. Stuhlman Peters.
Survivors include his brother, Dale Peters and wife Debbie; Niece Brandy Peters (Travis Spicknall) and children Tyler and Brayton Spicknall; nephews Daric Crane and sons Hunter, Kaden, and Carter Crane, Tony Franklin and children Mason and Quinn Franklin, Matt Crane, and children Kaelyn and Kamren Crane.
Gregory was preceded in death by his Parents.
Greg was a graduate of Palmyra High School in 1978. He was an over the road truck driver for Gully Transportation, Sisbro Inc and most recently Lomax Trucking Service in Hannibal, MO.
Greg loved his toys, boats, campers, pickup trucks, motorcycles, golf carts etc. He loved his time spent at the Mississippi River with his many friends and family. He also looked forward to a decades old annual tradition of camping and fishing trips to Canada with his friends.
A Celebration of life will be planned at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to Community Loving Care Hospice.
