Terry Allen Robertson, 75, of Hannibal, MO, passed away at 9:21 AM Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at his home.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, January 14, 2022, at 11:00 AM at James O'Donnell Funeral Home in Hannibal, MO. Rev. Tim Goodman will officiate.
Friends and Family are invited to Terry's Life Celebration at a visitation that will be Friday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Terry was born June 17, 1946, in Ottumwa, Iowa to Rex L. Robertson and Marilyn Anderson Robertson.
Terry was married to Kim Kramer on April 15, 2016, in Hannibal, MO. She survives. He was previously married to Mina Yonker. She survives. He was also previously married to Diane Potts. She also survives.
Other survivors include his mother, two sons, Tony Robertson (Lori) of New Salem, IL, Lance Robertson (Sara) of Carthage, IL. Stepchildren, Mark Reinebach (Sarah) of Old Monroe, MO, Megan Dieker (Reece) of Quincy, IL. Terry remained close to stepchildren from a previous marriage, Stephanie Wilcox (Andy) of Stillwell, IL, Bridgett Northern (Michael) of Bowen IL, Ashley Miller of Hannibal, MO, and Stacy Vickery (Colby) of Siloam Springs, AR, One brother, Lyle Robertson (Connie) Linn Creek, MO, and 20 grandchildren.
Terry was preceded in death by his father and stepfather, Ralph Johnston.
Mr. Robertson served as an Administrator of Missouri and Illinois schools.
Terry was a constant in all of his grandchildren's sporting events and a dedicated fan of the St. Louis Cardinals. He often would take to the road on his Harley Davidson to enjoy a beautiful spring day. Terry was a fierce advocate for children. He held a special fondness for dogs, especially for German Shepherds. Terry was an avid reader; his favorite author was Dean Koontz. He loved to play the trumpet and listen to music by Bruce Springstein, Bob Seger, Garth Brooks, and Alabama. Terry did his undergraduate work at Truman University, formerly Northeast Missouri State University, and his Graduate studies were done at Western Illinois University.
Memorial contributions may be made to Southeastern School District Christmas Project or Community Loving Care Hospice.
Honorary pallbearers will be Mike Fray, Brad Hufty, Dr. Grant Holst, Pat Rafferty, Doug Elledge, Alan Merriman, Mark Harvey, Charlie Bolton.
