Grace Lawrence Obituary

Grace Ann Lawrence, 47, of Braintree passed away unexpectedly Wednesday morning, September 27, 2017. Grace's family says she was their greatest gift. She loved her family and her Liberty Street home above all else. She adored all things Disney particularly Minnie and Mickey Mouse. An avid collector of comedy videos, Grace's greatest pleasure was to watch movies that made her feel good about the world. She was a master at puzzles and enjoyed typing and computer work. Grace's trademarks were hugs and compliments and she was a loving presence to everyone she met. Grace was a 1992 graduate of Braintree High School and wore her class ring proudly and took pride in her work. She was a lifelong member of The Parish of Saint Clare. Lovingly remembered by her mother Ann T. Lawrence and her father Charles D. Lawrence, her sister Elizabeth and her husband Judson, her brother Dean and his wife Patty and her brother Scott. Loving aunt of Samantha and Teresa Smith, Conner, Cameron, Liam, Aidan, and Bailey Lawrence as well as Andrew and the late Joshua Lawrence. Our dear Grace will live in our hearts and minds forever. Funeral from the Hurley Funeral Home, 127 So. Franklin St. (Rte. 37), Holbrook on Monday, October 2, at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass at St. Clare's Church in Braintree at 10 a.m. Visiting hours Sunday, October 1, from 2 - 6 p.m. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery, Randolph. Went to school with Grace from Highlands through Braintree High. She was a gentle soul and loved to laugh. I always remember Mrs Lawrence supporting her at every turn, always there for her daughter.

I loved knowing Grace. She always remembered me as "Jud's Mom." She loved sharing her thoughts with everyone and today we are reliving the message in some of those thoughts. Truly a beautiful person. I grieve for the immediate family.
