Stephen Wanzer Obituary

Stephen M. Wanzer beloved husband of wife Lana has passed away Saturday, July 29, 2017. He was born May 19, 1949 in Ipswich, MA to the late Glen and Catherine Wanzer. In addition to his parents, Stephen was preceded in death by his brothers, David and Larry Wanzer; sisters, Judy McDonald and Susie Judd; nephew, James Carlson. He leaves behind Lana, his wife of 46 years; son, Jeremy Wanzer and wife, Kari and grandchildren, Aidan, Brennan, Conlan, Dawson and Emmie; son, Joshua Wanzer and his granddaughter, Olivia; two sisters, Kathy Carlsen and Sally Robertson; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, extended family and friends. Stephen retired as a Master Sergeant from the U.S. Air Force after 24 years of service. He loved reading Stephen King books and has the entire collection of his novels. Stephen had a passion of attending the major golf tournaments throughout the country with Lana by his side. Respecting his wishes the family will not have a memorial.
