Conrad Klock

Conrad Edward Klock, a resident of Broomfield, CO passed away peacefully in his sleep at the age of 78 on the morning of October 28, 2013. Conrad was born on June 1, 1935 in Bennington, VT. He graduated from Carmel High School in Carmel, NY. After attending the University of Vermont until 1955, he served with the Army during the Korean War era with the Army Security Agency in Germany. He married Muriel MacIver of Claremont, NH on December 20, 1956. Conrad graduated from the University of New Hampshire, summa cum laude, with a degree in Business Administration. His professional career began as a selected participant in Raytheon Companys Financial Management Development Program. As his career progressed, he became Financial Analysis Manager at Raytheons corporate headquarters in Lexington, Massachusetts. Conrad and Muriel moved from Chelmsford, Massachusetts to Broomfield Colorado in January 2007. He was active in his community in both locations, as President of the Chelmsford Lions Club and active in youth athletics and church activities. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Muriel MacIver Klock, his daughter, Lynn (Gregg) McAuliffe, son Jim (Priscilla) Klock, his sisters Helen Denike and Alice (Richard) Allen; grandchildren Meagan McAuliffe, Bradley Klock and Rachel Klock, three nephews and four nieces.
