Erica & Family, We are so sorry to hear of your loss. It didn't matter how much time had passed since the last time we had seen him around town, he always had the nicest hello and would know what was going on in our family, like we had just seen him yesterday. The world has really lost a good man!!
God Bless, The Jermyn Family

My sincere condolences to Rich's family and friends. Rich was a good man, always had a smile on his face and an amusing take on any given situation. He will be missed.

I have known Rich for almost 20 years now, mostly through the commercial real estate business. He was such a great man, with that great big, contagious smile, good attitude and silly sense of humor. I loved attending his holiday parties at his office while drinking Bud bottles and eating chips and Cheetos. Being from the south shore, I would also see him on the commuter ferry, usually reading (as I was drinking) and we always had good conversation about the business and about life. I saw him and his family once out on Bassings beach in the summer, and we had a great time laughing in the sun. Rich you will be missed, not only as a broker but as a father, a husband and an all around great person. be well my friend.

Rich was a gentleman in the most true sense. I only spoke with him a few times, at South Shore Chamber events. The first time we had a nice conversation and I remember, walking away thinking Rich is such a nice man. Each time thereafter, I will always recall thinking this guy's just so nice and humble, and smart, what a solid human being--he just had the way about him. He will be very sadly missed by many people he touched during his life.

I'm so saddened to hear of Rich's passing. I knew him through BOMA Boston and every interaction I had with him he was the epitome of kindness and class. And I will also forever remember him as the most well dressed guy in Boston!! My sincerest condolences to his family and all those who knew and loved him.

Mr. Beal, Marilyn and the entire Beal family,
Deepest condolences from the Romano Family (Bob in heaven, Marie, Mark, Michael, Laurann in heaven, and Lisa), your Barbara Lane next door neighbors. From the moment we moved in the Beal family welcomed us with open arms and with Richard and Duchess we felt like we added another brother and his beloved Collie. I've posted a picture of Michael pulling Laurann and Richard in his red wagon. I'm guessing it was 1965-66. If you'd like a better copy please email me at [email protected]. Thinking of you all!

So sad to hear of Coach Beal's unexpected passing. He was a great coach and a great guy. Although it was over 25 years ago, I still have fond memories of playing for him at Wesleyan. My sincere condolences to his family.
