Still miss Carol !!! Cannot believe it’s been a year ... (but what a year !!) ... Glad she did not have to deal with that also ... But wish she was still with us. Loved seeing her photo again ... She and her smile, and the beautiful colors of her clothes, are and were always like a calming breath is Spring ~ or Summer by the sea !

I will truly miss Carol. I met her at one of the Marblehead Chamber of Commerce meetings while serving on the Christmas Walk Committee and she was always so nice, thoughtful, insightful and helpful. I loved her store Shipshape and I enjoyed designing her Christmas Walk ad for the Marblehead Home and Style magazine holiday issues. It was an added bonus when I learned that she was born in Canada and studied art just like me. We had special bond. Carol was very talented and brought beauty everywhere she went. I wish the warmest wishes to her family whom she loved so much.

We will miss you Carol. I remember many an enjoyable meeting with you at the Chamber or the Merchants. Also, I loved stopping into your lovely store to see what display you had creatively curated. There was always something fun to see. You were beautiful, bright, creative and able to embrace whimsy. A true artist. This is a loss for the town of Marblehead. Go in peace.

I'm in shock, I knew Carol thru the shop, she sold many of my books, "MHD in Black & White"...she was a wonderful lady to speak with about the arts and her store was always one that I told folks about that were visiting...I have many items that I will cherish that I bought at the store too...RIP Carol and love and prayers to your family and friends. I only just met Carol last summer when I went to her store to pick up my template for my 1st year in the Festival of Cods. We talked for a few minutes while she was working on her beaded entry for the festival. I remember her as kind soul.
My condolences to those who shared a special place in her life.
