Dear Heather & Tracy
My very sincere condolences on the passing of your Dad. He came to Ireland with your granny, my Auntie Tess, many years ago, when I was about twelve years old and stayed with us in Killay Pomeroy. To my other cousin John [Anderson too] and I he was so tall, strong & active, we were bowled over by him. In fact, we used to throw baseballs at each other in the yard, & he threw so fast I could hear the ball whistling as it came in a wide arc towards me. One clipped the top of my fingers and flicked the top joints back.I still carry the lumps to this day [proudly].I also remember fondly the Anderson reunion many years ago when my late wife & I stayed at Olde Field Road and were treated like royalty by all of you especially your late & lovely mom Judy. May they both rest in peace, together again.

Dear Heather & Tracy,
It was such a pleasure working for your father all these year. Fondest memories will of John will be him greeting me at the door and asking me to turn the garden over. He will be greatly missed.

Dearest Tracey and Heather, You are in our thoughts every waking moment. We are so very sad John brought so much joy and hospitality into our lives when we were visiting--funny and caring. You are both an extraordinary legacy Judy and John left behind. Love A/C

John was a great man and we had many laughs on many nights at the Stockyard...he was considered the Senior Statesman! We will miss his friendly face and humor! RIP John.

Dearest Heather and Tracey, I am without adequate words to express how shocked, and saddened, I am to learn of your dad's passing. I didn't know your dad as well as I knew Judy but I did learn early on that to know him was to love him. Now you all have two blessed angels to watch over you. May the wonderful memories you have sustain you for all time. Be strong!
B'shalom.
