Tom Vincent, my fellow classmate from Wicomico Sr. H.S. in Salisbury, Maryland, Class of 1963, was an extremely intelligent and caring individual, who sought to make this world a better place.
My thoughts are with Tom’s family.

Mr. Vincent,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your years of dedicated service and sacrifice for our Country when you served with the U.S. Army during the Cold War. Millions of Americans slept safe at night because you and your fellow Servicemen and women stood ready to defend our Country. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Sue, I am so sorry to learn of Tom’s passing. He will be remembered by me as a kind and gentle man. He always greeted me (and others) with a smile. I’m keeping you and your family in my prayers.
