Bobby,

I've only seen you and Clem once since we graduated from North. I'll always remember the fun Clem and I shared running track. When my Dad passed on a few years ago, I ran across a concept in a book that helped me.

Death is like a fan when it is still you can't see through the blades. When it moves at it's highest speed we see through to the other side. Maybe our loved ones are still with us, just moving a higher speed.

Hope it helps. My sympathies to you and all who knew and loved Clem.

My dearest, most sincere sympathy to the family! May you know, always that you were blessed by a special angel here on earth. Yes the time was brief and pain goes with loss but linger not with the pain but the lessons she taught in living and love. Use her wisdom to help you formulate your future.

May GOD continue to bless your lives.

June 11, 2005

To the Kimbrough Family,

Clem will definitely be missed. Brandon and I were shocked and very saddened to hear of her homegoing. She was such a great friend to me. She and I shared long talks about many things, and oh how we used to laugh. When the boys played football together, she and I always had our own little "team huddle" on the sidelines. She was a great mother, I'm sure a wonderful wife, and one of the best friends I've ever had. I wish she and I had kept in touch over the last few years, but at least the memories will keep me until we meet again in Our Father's House. My dear friend, Clem...may flights of angels take you to your final resting place. Amen.

Skimming through this guest book, one will realize that Clem has touched so many lives in so little time. She was so many things to me. Working along side of her, I was able to see the great compassion and concern she had for others. She was a mentor, sharing her knowledge and instilling a sense of great pride in myself as I learned my own role as a young nurse. As a friend, she was always willing to listen and share her own life experiences and advice. But, first and foremost, I saw her as a wonderful, devoted, and caring mother. I pray that the boys find the strength to make it through this very tough time, and grow with the knowledge that their mother loves them dearly.

Vancie, it would be remiss of me to say that I understand your loss, for I have not lost a sister, but I, as your sister in the Lord, do feel your pain. If there is anything that I can do for you, you only have to ask or make reference to what you need. I cannot be with you physically, but I am with you in spirit. Remember that God is literally holding you and your family in His loving arms, comforting and trying to soothe you all if you will allow Him. Bask in His Love and comfort for you and He will heal ALL of your hurt and or pain! His word said He would!
