To Frank's family,
I bought a drafting table from Frank several years ago, and I still think of him every time I draw on it for one of my ideas or inventions.

To Frank's family - we are sorry for your loss. Frank was indeed a "one-of-a-kind" and NC Elks have lost a tireless supporter and I a good friend. I know he's in good hands and is probably lining up a foursome as I write. Godspeed, Frank.
