Dear Hauser Family,

I, too, remember Ms. Hauser. I was in her 6th grade class at Old Richmond for the 1982-1983 school year, and still have such fond memories of her calling me "her Tiffy". She always had a smile on her face, and she taught me to believe in myself at such a young age. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I remember yesterday morning kneeling at the alter at church to pray for your family with my 9-year-old son, Andrew, and saying to God that I know that I have another Guardian Angel in heaven to watch over me and my family. "Jerry" was more than my sixth grade teacher, for 27 years now I have had the privilige to call her my friend. It was an honor to have her serve in mine and Andy's wedding reception 14 years ago. Thank you for sharing her with me for all these years. I will miss her more than anyone will know. God be with you during this healing process but know that she is not gone forever because we will see her again someday.

Dear Hauser Family,

Mrs. Hauser was my sixth grade school teacher at Old Richmond. That was 26 years ago. She was one of my teachers that I very much respected. I read the paper and seen her name and I was saddened by what I had read. I am very sorry for your loss. I will always remember Mrs. Hauser.

Sincerely,

Often we wonder "why" some are called Home early and others stay behind , Today God needed another Angel upstairs, and it is not for us to question "Why", howevere we can rest assured that just like our Bible reveals to be absent from the body is to be present with Christ, also these words to day bring new meaning, "I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the Faith, ". Our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this very hard and difficult time.

Dear Tom and family,

Jerry was a true devoted Christian in all her walks of life. I will always remember her humor and laughter. I bet she and dad (Lee Shouse) are exchanging a few laughs right now along with many of her friends and family that have gone before her. How lucky you are to have been blessed with her as part of your life!!!! We will continue to pray for all of you in the days to come. BECAUSE HE LIVES!
