September 21, 1959 - February 14, 2021
Mr. Joe Bill Naylor, Jr., 61, passed away Sunday, February 14, 2021, at his home. He was born September 21, 1959, in Forsyth County to the late Joe Bill Naylor, Sr. and JoAnn Walker Naylor. Mr. Naylor was a member of Gospel Light Baptist Church and was a devout Christian. He retired from US Airways/American Airlines with 30 years of dedicated service. Mr. Naylor was an avid gardener, specializing in tomatoes. In addition to his parents, Mr. Naylor was preceded in death by one sister, Ann Richards. He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Veronica East Naylor; son, Joseph Clay Naylor (Laura); two sisters, Mary "Bit" Moser (Jacob) and Donna Reece (Van); uncle, Burley Naylor; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 17, at Crestview Memorial Park with Bros. Frank Shumate and Matthew Morrison officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Gospel Light Christian School. Online condolences may be made at www.hayworth-miller.com.
