Ken and I share in the sorrow of your loss. Philip was one of our closest friends-the four of us spent many happy hours together. Our lives will not be the same without him. Our sincere condolences.

It was my great good fortune to have met Philip as my colleague at the American Bankers Association, but it was my even greater good fortune to have been privileged to call him my friend. He will be missed.
