Mrs. Phylicia Rose Barr, 37, was born August 12, 1987 and passed away April 20, 2025.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, August 28, 2025 at Galilee Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Gardens of Memory, Walkertown, NC. The family visitation will be held from 12 noon to 1 p.m. on Monday at the Church. Online condolences can be made at www.russellfuneralservice.com (RUSSELL).
