Troy Dowell Obituary
December 21, 1985 - July 2, 2023
On July 2, 2023, Troy Ryan Dowell entered heaven into the loving arms of his beloved maternal grandmother, Irma. Troy was born on December 21, 1985, in Winston-Salem to Melissa Dowell. Troy loved Chevys, all things Harley Davidson, classic rock, 80s Country, and spending time with his best friend, Finn.
Troy leaves behind his wife of four years, LeAnn Dowell; two stepsons, Andrew, and Garrett Munn; mother, Melissa; Jake Weaver, who was always a constant in Troy's life; brother, Corey Dowell; sister, Ashli Reavis (Doug); very special aunt, Glenda Dowell Brown; and his cousin, Reagan, who he cherished dearly along with tons of cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Troy was cherished by not only his wife and his family but friends of the biker community, as well as his friends from 601 Auction where Troy loved to spend his time. Donations in his memory may be made to Epilepsy Alliance North Carolina at Piedmont One, Suite 5541 A 1920 W. First Street Winston-Salem, NC 27104. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
