Barb was my sister and very best friend. She was two years older but it didn't matter.
One very fun memory I have, we would take the city bus to the Wausau swiming pool. We were given a quarter for our expenses:
10 cents for the bus rides, 10 cents to get into the pool, 5 cents for a treat. We loved the water, especially the diving boards.
Living in different cities after we married made it diffcult to get together, but the phone was always handy.
I have a picture of you and Gary next to each other, I talk to both of you everyday.
God Bless, I miss you!

Aunt Barbara is the strongest woman I have ever known. She battled cancer for so many years and it never slowed her down. I am proud to have had her as my Aunt and she will be missed so. Rest in peace Aunt Barbara

I was able to take a trip to Las Vegas with Barbara, Vickie and my Mom (Kay Swartz) several years ago. We had a very good time and we all were grateful for the Las Vegas Dry Heat temperatures. Rest in peace Aunt Barbara.

Barbara and I have had a lot in common these past 6 years. Both battling the same fight. I will miss our get togethers for lunch in Rapids. We lost a great cousin and friend. She was sweet and very caring.
May she Rest In Peace and no more suffering. God Bless Barb and her surviving family

My sister Barb has always been a very caring, loving person. Never a bad word about anyone. During her many years of CA treatment never "why me". We were best friends growing up, took trips as adults and spent some great evenings in the den chatting.
Love You, Miss You, God Bless You,
Kay
