Watson, Patrick G.

Patrick G. Watson, age 59, of 4040 80th Street South, Wisconsin Rapids, WI died Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at Ministry St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield, WI.

Memorial Services will be held 12:00 Noon Monday at St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Wisconsin Rapids. Deacon James Johnston will officiate. The family will greet relatives and friends at the Church on Monday from 10:00 AM until the time of services.

Patrick was born April 24, 1953 in Wisconsin Rapids to the late Clarence and Shirley (Bauer) Watson. He married Angie Shear on May 25, 1996 at St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Wisconsin Rapids. Patrick was the Owner of Custom Woodworking and Crafts. He enjoyed his dogs, fishing, camping, working with 4-H, was a member of the fair board for the Marshfield fair and was involved with the Aqua skiers.

He is survived by his wife Angie, son - Matthew (Sarah) Watson of Wausau, WI, brothers - Michael (Cathy) Watson of Appleton, WI , David (Annette) Watson of Wisconsin Dells, WI, Bruce (Jennie) Watson of Wisconsin Rapids, Ralph (Clare) Watson of Waunakee, WI , James Watson of Wisconsin Rapids, sisters - Peggy (Jim) Anderson of Sheridan, IL, Diane (David) Gerlach of Pleasant Prairie, WI.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, brothers Gary and Doug Watson, Aunt Mary Lou and Niece Melissa.

I knew Pat from Aqua Skiers and Herschlebs. He was such a kind, and hardworking person. I remember when he and Angie met,and how happy they both were. Thoughts and prayers go out to family and friends.

I grew up with Pat and the family, we were neighbors for all our growing years. I am so sorry to see his passing. He always had a very kind heart and was smiling constantly. What a beautiful man he turned out to be. My sympathy to his family, his talent with woodworking and kind ways will be missed.
