Beth Luquetta (Kendall) Lower went to be with her heavenly father on November 15, 2025 in El Reno, Oklahoma. She was born August 19, 1960 to Robert Dale Kendall and Phyrne Elaine (Nichols) Kendall, in Wilmington, Ohio. She graduated in 1978 from Wayne High School in Huber Heights, Ohio and from Sinclair Community College in 1995.
She is survived by her son Michael Dale (Molly) Lower and her grandchildren Henry and Virginia of McLean, Virginia. She is also survived by her sister Dianne E. (Paul) Rezac of Akeley, Minnesota, and her brother Joseph F. Kendall of Englewood, Ohio.
She is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Phyrne Kendall, her brother Robert Lee (Edith) Kendall, and her grandparents Harry and Alta Margaret Nichols of Wilmington, Ohio.
She was a member of St. John Nepomuk Catholic Church in Yukon, Oklahoma. She was a retired Registered Nurse. She loved the Bible, western movies, and spoiling her grandchildren.
The family extends heartfelt thanks to the exceptional staff at River Oaks Skilled Nursing & Therapy in El Reno, Oklahoma.
A Catholic Funeral Mass will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at St. Columbkille Catholic Church in Wilmington, Ohio with Rev. Tom Mannebach officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. at the Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home in Wilmington, Ohio. Burial will follow in the New Antioch Cemetery. www.edgingtonfuneralhomes.com

My deepest sympathy and condolences to you my dearest nephew Michael and family. I pray that you will find comfort in knowing that your Mom is watching over you and your family as you journey through your life adventures. I pray that you find confront in the happiness of the memories that you have had so many years ago.
I am so very proud to have been able to have known your Mom and to have been able to call her Sister. Now she is at rest with Robert Lee and Mom and Dad along with others who have joined them.
