I think about Tammy often and how we would see each other in a store and she would tell me funny stories about herself or her kids and grandkids. Then we would commiserate with each other over being a mother and grandmother at hard times. Miss seeing you Tammy.

Tamara was a strong witness and loving focus of the Wilson and Rollins families. I am truly saddened by her passing, but know she is basking in the Glory of our Lord. Thank You, Jesus, for giving us Tamara. I grew up watching Mike Big Daddy Wilson; went to school with Phil, and new of Tami because she was in my sister's class. I have been witness to her very special musical talents and had the opportunity to tell her how the Lord must've smiled every time she sat at a keyboard and sang His praises. God bless you and comfort you in the knowledge that all of us who know the Lord will all be reunited in Heaven.

To the family of Tami Rollins: This lady was beautiful inside and out. She was always so kind whenever I would see her. Talented by God Almighty to minister in song with the true love of God flowing with every note she sang and played. I will truly miss your lovely voice and sweet smile. God needed another Angel to help set up Heaven so He chose you Tami...one He knew that always did a tremendous job HELPING OTHER PEOPLE. Fly high my Dear Sister in Christ...new body, new home, no more pain or tears.

Tammy and the entire Wilson family were childhood friends. Tammy was always kind, happy, loyal and big of heart. We were saddened by news of her passing but we know she is in heaven with her Lord. Health issues dictated I would not be able to attend her homegoing. We would have loved to see all of you. Be comforted by God's arms. He hears and answers prayers.

I would like to thank "Grandma TT" for serving this community to her fullest. Her passion for her faith and her family was unmatched. She was a person of high character and great courage. You always felt stronger when she was in your corner. I had many discussions and meetings with her through the years and I always came out the better for it. Wilmington was and is a better place because of Tamara and now so is heaven.

My heart goes out to the family and my prayers will be with you during this time of a great loss. She was a wonderful and supportive woman. A few times I had the pleasure of sitting with her in the stands during basketball games. She was also like a grandmother to my son, Malcolm.

I loved to meet up with Tammy at the store. We could share stories and gripe about our kids as all mothers do. We would laugh about it and commIserate until the next time we ran into each other. Then we would share the good things the kids and grandkids were doing and our aches and pains. Oh my, such as small town life. We did share some funny stories too so it wasn't all humdrum. Take a break now Tammy, you've earned it.
