Alice Kocon Obituary
Born in Attleboro, the daughter of the late Aloysius and Anna Nyzio; she is survived by her four children, John A. Kocon (Michele) of Lincoln, Thomas Kocon of Central Falls, Sandra Hevey (George A.) of Smithfield, and Paula Kocon (Sharon); two grandchildren, Lori Buchanan (Aaron) of Santa Monica, Calif., and Nathan Kocon (Melissa); great-grandchildren, Andrew and Cooper of Lincoln, and grand dogs.
Her funeral will be held Thursday at 8:45 a.m. from the Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Higginson Ave., Lincoln, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Jude Church, 301 Front St., Lincoln, at 10 a.m. Burial will be in R.I. Veteran's Cemetery at a later date. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be held Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to InSight, 43 Jefferson Blvd, Warwick, RI 02888 or Hopkins Manor Hospice Unit, 610 Smithfield Road, North Providence, RI 02904.
