Anna Gailey Obituary

PROVIDENCE - Anna M. Gailey, 85, passed away peacefully on January 10th. She was the wife of the late John M. Gailey for 35 years and the fiancé of Robert Monast. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late William and Catherine (Finnigan) Guckevan.
Anna worked for Hospital Trust Bank and Fleet Bank for many years. She was a member of Our Lady Queen of Martyr Senior Group, Red Hats Society and Ireland 32 Society.
Besides her fiancé, she is survived by two sisters-in-laws, Gladys Tavernier and Christine Gailey; a cousin, Anne Marie Cowan and her husband Bob; best friends, Eleanor Wilson, Natalie Danielson, Julie, the Johnson family; many cousins from Nova Scotia and many friends at Hagan Manor.
Her funeral will be held on Saturday, January 14th at 9am from the Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Higginson Ave., Lincoln, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am in Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 1081 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. Relatives and friends are invited. Visit www.thekeefefuneralhome.com
