Arthur Barrette Obituary

PAWTUCKET - Arthur J. Barrette, 69, passed away December 4, 2018. He was the beloved husband of Sherrill (Jones) Barrette. Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late Camille and Lucille (Dubois) Barrette.
A lifelong resident of the Blackstone Valley area, he was a self-employed Drain Layer, and owned and operated Art's Rooter Service of Pawtucket for forty years, retiring in 2011.
Besides his wife, Arthur is survived by two sons, Brian Barrette of Cumberland, and Stephen Barrette of North Smithfield, two daughters Catherine Conley and her husband Timothy of Riverside, Amanda Barrette of Cumberland, three grandchildren, Abigail, Emily, and Ethan, one sister Jacqueline Martinelli of Cumberland, two brothers Jerry Barrette of California, and Richard Barrette of Tiverton, and nieces and nephews.
Calling Hours will be held Friday December 7, 2018 at the Darlington Mortuary of L. Heroux & Son 1042 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. in the Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Hasbro Children's Hospital 593 Eddy Street, Providence, R.I. 02903, would be greatly appreciated.
