Arthur Belanger Obituary
Arthur was the lounge manager at Walnut Hill Bowl for over forty two years. Mr. Belanger served in the US Army. Although he enjoyed playing cards, was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan, and loved placing $2.00 bets at the horse races, his greatest joy was spending time with his family.
Besides his wife he leaves a son Paul Belanger of Seekonk, MA, a daughter Paula Willis and her husband Tippy of Norton, MA, step-son Jules Blondin of FL, step-daughters Robyn Heroux and Lisa Contildes both of Woonsocket, two sisters Lucienne Auger of Bellingham, and Irene Cadieux of Blackstone. He was the beloved grandfather of Brandy, Derek, Paul Jr., and step-grandchildren, James, Jessica and Lila, and great grandfather of Leyton and step-great grandchildren Alanah, and Logan. He also leaves, four nieces and one nephew.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday at 10:00 a.m. in Precious Blood Church Carrington, Ave. Woonsocket. Burial will follow in Precious Blood Cemetery in Woonsocket. In lieu of flowers donations to The American Heart Association, Founders Affiliate, P.O. Box 417005 Boston, MA 02241-7005 in his memory would be appreciated. Please visit
