Bella M. Menard

WOONSOCKET - Bella M. (Beaulieu) Menard, 84, of Woonsocket, died August 4, 2021 in Blackstone. She was the wife of the late Eugene Menard. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late August and Bella (Bourassa) Beaulieu.

Mrs. Menard worked as a stitcher for the former Royal Robes, Woonsocket, and then in the Environmental Dept. for Woonsocket Hospital, retiring in 1997. She was a volunteer at the Stadium Theatre, Woonsocket, a volunteer for the St. Vincent de Paul Society, and a volunteer for St. Theresa's Church, as well as, a member of the church Women's Auxilliary, and a member of the Quota Club.

She is survived by her three children, Lisa B. Felice and her husband, Stephen, of Blackstone, MA, Michael C. Berube and his wife, Karen, of Spokane, WA, and Marc A. Berube of Montclair, NJ; a brother, Roland Beaulieu, of York, PA; two grandchildren, Matthew and Steven Berube, both of Spokane, WA; and five great grandchildren, Fiona, Greta, Hattie, Tristian, and Thomas Berube, all of Spokane, WA. She was predeceased by her siblings, Albert, Leona, Simone, Theresa, Margaret, Lucie, Paul, Leo, Charles, and Rene.

Her funeral will be held Wednesday, August 11, 2021 beginning with visitation at 9:30am, followed by a service at 11:30am in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 931 Jefferson Blvd. STE 3004, Warwick, RI 02886.
