Ray and Lorraine,

I am so sorry for the loss of your Mother and Mother-in-Law. I used to love to see Bertha and Lorraine at flea markets years ago. She always had a smile on her face and was always kind to me. May she rest in peace. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.

Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss, Bertha. I had the privilege to know Bertha at the Ballou Home for almost 4 years. She was a ball of fire. We spent a lot of time together talking about her family and grandchildren. She spoke very highly of you Lorraine and appreciated everything you did for her. She also loved her bingo. Bertha will definitely be missed.
