David D'Antuono Obituary
David is survived by two devoted siblings; Donald F. D'Antuono of Golden, CO and Frances M. D'Antuono of Washington, DC, two nieces; Kelsey and Morgan D'Antuono as well as his housemates, Ralph, Greg and Steven from the Tally Ho Home and his extended family and friends from the Fogarty Center. He was also brother of the late Nancy B. D'Antuono.
His funeral will be held Monday, January 4, 2016 at 10 AM from the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM in St. John the Evangelist Church, 63 Church St., Slatersville. Burial will follow in Pawtuxet Memorial Park, 100 Harrison Ave., Warwick. Calling hours are Sunday from 4 - 7. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the John E. Fogarty Center, 220 Woonasquatucket Ave, North Providence, RI 02911 www.holtfuneralhome.com
