Fernanda Teixeira Obituary
Born in Madeira Island, Portugal she was the daughter of the late Joao Teixeira and the late Olinda (Teixeira) Teixeira. She resided in Cumberland for the past 22 years.
She was a communicant of Our Lady of Fatima Church.
She leaves behind six siblings; Olinda Teixeira, Joao Manuel Teixeira both of Mississauga, Canada, Teresa Pacheco of Cumberland, Maria A. Ornelas of Mathews, NC and Maria F. Ornelas and Manuela Cativo both of Pawtucket. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
A celebration of her life will be held Monday at 9 a.m. from the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Rd. Rte. 122, Cumberland. Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Fatima Church, Fatima Dr., Cumberland. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Cumberland.

I am so sorry to hear of Fernanda's passing. Jesus wept after the death of his friend Lazarus. John 11:35. We mourn along with you. May the God who binds up the brokenhearted and comforts all who mourn sustain and surround you, until you meet again, Psalm 147:3.
