Fred Doura Obituary
Fred was employed by Star Market for 26 years before retiring from there and beginning work at the Egidio DiPardo and Sons Funeral Home and the Lincoln School Department; both for 15 years. He loved his day trips driving to wherever the car and his curiosity would take him. He was also a member of the TK Club where he would bowl, have a few drinks and shoot pool.
Fred is survived by his children; Brianne Doura and Gregory Doura. Grandchildren include Nolan Tolson and Isabella Doura. Siblings include Elaine Partridge and her husband, Dennis; Anthony Doura and Joseph Doura and his wife, Tracy. He is also survived by his previous wife and long time close friend, Lynn Doura. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Joanne Dufresne.
Visitation will be held Friday, January 5, 2018, from 4-7 PM, at the Egidio DiPardo and Sons Funeral Home, 75 Harris Avenue, Woonsocket, with a service in the funeral home, at 7 PM. Burial will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations in Fred's honor be sent to the Hope Hospice & Palliative Care of Rhode Island, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI, 02904
