Jane Duhamel Obituary
Jane was born on July 28, 1957 in Woonsocket, RI to the late Normand and Guilberte (Martel) Duhamel.
Jane worked for the past thirty-three years as a letter carrier for USPS in Mendon.
She is survived by her loving children: Angelique Duval of Millville, Danielle Duval of Upton, Alexander Duval and his wife Andrea Barbrie of Millville and Nicole Duval of Millville; her grandson, Luc Duval; her brother Robert Duhamel of RI and her sister Carol Lewis of NH.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 14th from 4-7 PM in Buma Funeral Home, 101 N. Main St., Uxbridge.
Funeral services and interment are private.
Facial covering and physical distancing are required.

My first meeting with Jane was through mutual friends, Michael and Greg. Jane quickly made me feel comfortable in a group of other folks that I did not know. She was personable, attentive and simply a joy to talk to. I have always thought of her kindness that day and from that moment, it always brought a smile to my heart to see her from time to time and be met with her welcoming, friendly smile. Jane will surely be missed by many who have been touched by her kindness and friendship.
Sending her family (and her pups) my deepest sympathies in this loss. She truly was a special person.

Jane was my mail carrier. She always had a smile and kind words. Just something like a daily short visit with someone so sweet would brighten my day! Prayers for her family.
