Joyce Battersby Obituary
She had been employed as a switchboard operator for the Miriam Hospital, Providence, for over 30 years. She leaves behind four sons, Allan and his wife Cindy, Brian and his wife Sandra, Steven and his wife Wendy, and Kevin and his wife Jill. Joyce was the proud grandmother of 13 grandchildren and five great- grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Brian Mocogni.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, May 12, at 10 a.m. in St. Jude Church, Front Street, Lincoln. Burial will be in the R.I. Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Family and friends are invited to calling hours on Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln.
