Lucille D. Demers

LINCOLN - Lucille D. (Belanger) Demers, 91, of Lincoln passed away peacefully Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at
Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket. She was the wife of the late Richard Demers.
Born in Woonsocket, a daughter of the late Antoine and Germaine (Pepin) Belanger, she had lived in Lincoln for the past 27 years.
Mrs. Demers was a stitcher at the former American Tourister Company before retiring.
She was an active volunteer at the Woonsocket Senior Center and a member of the Cumberland Widows Support Group.
She is survived by one son, Roland Demers and his wife, Nancy of Lincoln; five sisters, Gertrude Paquin of East Greenwich, Bertha Gagnon of Woonsocket, Lillian Deragon and Jackie Harpin, both of Port St. Lucie, FL, and Jeannette Morazzini of Ashland, MA; six grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; two great great grandsons; and several nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Robert Demers and the sister of the late Paul Belanger.
Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, December 12 at 10 A.M. in St. Ambrose Church, 191 School Street, Albion. Burial will be in St. Charles Cemetery, Blackstone, MA.
